I forgot to start my timesheet

It's OK, the PM can edit the timesheet at the end of the day.

Once the correct times have been entered, you'll be able to view it and click Approve to complete the job.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, provided you're outside the minimum cancellation period.

​

This limit varies depending on how long ago the booking was agreed.

You can find the relevant limits in the User Guide.

I applied for a posted job but wasn't offered it.

What does that mean?

The app matches nurses and practices in real time based on the job specifications.

​

Practices will see a list of all matching candidates, and may offer the job based on profile details, skills, hourly rate or whichever criteria they feel is most suited to their requirements.

I've been offered a job, but it I don't want to take it. Is that OK?

Absolutely.

​

You're 100% in control on the app, you don't have to accept any job offered to you by a practice.

We'd like to offer a nurse a permanent position at our practice.

Is there a placement fee?

No way! This isn't the dark ages.

If you've found your perfect nurse through the app, we couldn't be happier for both of you.

​

Our philosophy is simple: nurses are professionals and should be free to work whenever and wherever they choose.

​

That said, please don't try and 'game' the system. If you hire or attempt to hire a nurse on a temporary basis outside the app, both your account and the nurse's will be suspended. Please play fair.
